the location was excellent. it made seeing attractions easy. the host, rosario, was very helpful and friendly. he assisted with lost luggage (i appreciated that so much).

there was no obvious way to open the outside door late at night. stairs to reach the room are steep and difficult to navigate with heavy bags (this was an issue for me).

Rosario provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. He also arranged taxis for reservations and airport transfers. I appreciated the water bottles in the room that were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious (the pastries were fantastic!).

The location was acceptable as it was near major attractions within walking distance.

The building REALLY bothered me. The apartment block felt quite old, and the outdated lift only accommodated suitcases. I did NOT feel comfortable traveling in such tight confines. I climbed seven sets of stairs instead, exhausting.

the location was amazing! i had a fabulous view of the duomo right from my bedroom window. rosario at the front desk offered friendly service. he provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and assisted me with my luggage. check-in was easy.

the apartment block is quite old. the lift is specifically designed for suitcases. i felt a bit uneasy using the tight lift, so i chose to climb the seven flights of stairs instead.

the location was central. it made exploring the city very simple. the staff was also very helpful, especially when i needed directions.

the building is quite old, and it shows. the elevator seemed outdated, so i chose to walk up the stairs. this was a bit difficult with my luggage.
